5-7 days is good. I don't know about Seche Vite - never tried it. What I do is wear gloves alot (washing dishes or cleaning) and that really helps alot. But 5-7 days is good!! I use both a basecoat AND topcoat.
I live Seche Vite but if you put a thick coat on your nails, it shrinks and pulls back from the tip. I use the Orly top coat and with it my mani's last about 6-7 days.

Usually between 5 and 7 and that is with a cheap top coat. I have heard Seche Vite will prolong your mani for up to 2 weeks? True or not true?
